APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by the NATIVE TRUSTEE as lessor under lease No. 13266 of part of Section 3, Block V, of the Hokianga Survey District, being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 175, folio 257 (Auckland Registry), whereof JOHN WILLIAM THOMAS, of Rangi Point, Farmer, is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register such notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one month from the 9th day of January, 1931, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.
