south-eastern boundary of Sections 3 and 4, Block IV,
Maungatapu Survey District, for a distance of 87 chains;
thence along the aforesaid boundary of the watershed through
Trig. Station C (Dun Mountain), Little Twin, and Trig.
Station Maungatapu to Trig. Station B (Saddle Hill), the
place of commencement. As the same is more particularly
delineated on plan No. 103/5, deposited in the Head Office of
the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of
December, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the fifth day of
July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and
published in the Gazette of the eighth day of that month,
certain land in Auckland Land District described in the
Schedule hereto was set apart as and for a Provisional State
Forest in terms of section thirty-four of the War Legislation
and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918:
And whereas the said land was included in the Proclamation
in error, and it is desirable that such error should be rectified:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and
exercise of all the powers and authorities enabling me in that
behalf, do hereby revoke the said Proclamation in so far as
it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ROTORUA FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 1,000 acres, more or less, being Allotment 589,
Te Papa Parish, and situated in Blocks IX and X, Otanewainuku Survey District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on plan No. 30/2, deposited in the Head Office
of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of
December, 1930.

road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
