Recreation Reserves in Taranaki Land District brought under
Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this 22nd day of
December, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the
reserves for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described
in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby
brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to,
the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserves
shall hereafter form part of the Ohura Domain, and be
managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain
by the Ohura Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 3, Block XV, Town of Ohura: Area, 3 acres 0 roods
28·9 perches.
Also Sections 4 and 5, Block XV, Town of Ohura: Area,
3 roods 32·1 perches.

under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928.

December, 1930.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the
reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is
hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be
subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and
such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Ahipara Domain,
and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public
domain.

SECTION 151, Block IV, Ahipara Survey District: Area, 10
acres.

Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by

Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron

visions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall
hereafter be known as the Hunter Domain, and be managed,
administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

RESERVE 4256 (formerly Section 8, Bourndale Settlement),

At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
December, 1930.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred on him by section sixteen of the Plumbers
Registration Act, 1912 (hereinafter referred to as “the said
Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke, in so far as it relates to the districts and localities
set out in the Schedule hereto, Orders in Council made under
the said Act on the eighteenth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and fourteen, and on the fourth day of April,
one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, respectively, and
published in the Gazette on the twenty-first day of May, one
thousand nine hundred and fourteen, at page 2106, and on the
third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen,
at page 1850, respectively, prescribing districts and localities
within which all sanitary plumbing shall be done by persons
registered under the said Act.

Regulations under the Health Act for the Control of Hairdressers’
Shops.—(H.H. 104.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
December, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon
him by section one hundred and thirty-two of the
Health Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling him in
that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion,
doth hereby revoke the Hairdressers’ (Health) Regulations,
1926, and the Hairdressers’ Health Regulations Amendment
Number 1, and doth hereby make in lieu thereof the regulations
hereinafter contained.
REGULATIONS.
- PRELIMINARY.
(1) THESE regulations may be cited as “The Hairdressers
(Health) Regulations, 1931.”
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 2nd
day of January, 1931.
