NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of section 188, subsection (4), of the Mining Act, 1926, that, no cause having been shown to the contrary, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereunder have this day been struck off the Register.

IN pursuance of regulations made under the Public Service Superannuation Amendment Act, 1927, I hereby certify that for the triennial election of members of the Teachers’ Superannuation Board constituted by the said Act the following nominations were received: For the North Island, Francis Albert Garry and George Rudal Kidson; for the South Island, John Ernest Purchase and Herbert Charles Jones.

As the number of persons nominated does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled, I hereby declare that Francis Albert Garry, George Rudal Kidson, John Ernest Purchase, and Herbert Charles Jones are duly elected members of the said Board.
