Now, therefore, I, George William Forbes, Minister of Lands, do hereby, in pursuance of the power conferred upon me by section 17, subsection (1), of the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power me thereunto enabling, authorize the laying-off of Elena Terrace of a width of not less than 40 ft., and of the other mentioned roads of a width of not less than 50 ft. : Provided always that it shall not be lawful for any person to erect or cause to be erected any building at a less distance than 33 ft. from the middle of such roads.

Given under my hand, this 30th day of January, 1930.

GEO. W. FORBES, Minister of Lands.
