Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XII,
Inangahua Survey District, Inangahua County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land
in Inangahua Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
1 acre 1 rood 16 perches.
Being portion of Section 21, Square 135 ; coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 1 rood
28Β·9 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 21 and 22, Square 135 ;
coloured green.

All situated in Block XII, Inangahua Survey District
(Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 691r.)
All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76076,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of
January, 1930.

Defining the Middle-line of a further Portion of the Midland
Railway (Portion of Murchison Section).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion
of the Midland Railway (portion of Murchison Section) shall
be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point in Section 66, Block XI, Matiri Survey
District, marked 75 miles 30 chains (which point is identical
with the point marked 75 miles 30 chains on plan P.W.D.
76478, mentioned in a Proclamation published in the New
Zealand Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of September, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine), and proceeding
thence in a southerly direction generally for a distance of
approximately 6 miles 50 chains, and passing in, into, through,
or over the following lands, &c.β€”viz. : Sections 66, 76
(Sq. 170), 3, 4, and 5, Block XI, Matiri Survey District,
Sections 1, 8, 7, 6, 5, 2 of 9, and 131, Block XIV, Matiri
Survey District, and Section 130, Block II, Tutaki Survey
District, and terminating at a point in the said Section 130,
marked 82 miles ; including all adjoining and intervening
places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams,
and watercourses : all in the Nelson Land District. As the
same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77531, de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of
January, 1930.
