LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by the WAIKATO-MANIA POTO DISTRICT MAORI LAND BOARD as lessor under lease No. 5401 of portion of the Karu-o-to-Whenua B No. 2b No. 4 Block, being the residue of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 192, folio 178 (Auckland Registry), whereof FREDERICK BERNARD HARDY, of Te Kuiti, Farmer, is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register such notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one month from the 11th day of December, 1930, unless good cause to the contrary be shown.
