I T is hereby notified that, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section 35 of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, the under-mentioned person has been appointed a Ranger under and for the purposes of that Act for the Marlborough Acclimatization District:—

to be Clerk and Bailiff of the Magistrates’ Court at Coromandel for the purposes of the Magistrates’ Courts Act, 1928; and Bailiff of the Warden’s Court at Coromandel for the Hauraki Mining District constituted under the Mining Act, 1926, as from the 17th day of October, 1930.
