Appointment of Day for Nomination of Persons for Appointment as Members of Unemployment Board.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Unemployment Act, 1930, and the Unemployment Board Nomination Regulations, 1930, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, as the day for the nomination of persons from among whom the following members of the Unemployment Board are to be appointed in accordance with the said Act and regulations, namely :—

One member to be appointed from among persons nominated by organizations of employers engaged in the primary industries ;

One member to be appointed from among persons nominated by organizations of employers engaged in the secondary industries ;

Two members to be appointed from among persons nominated by organizations of workers ;

One member to be appointed from among persons nominated by the New Zealand Returned Soldiers’ Association (Inc.).

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 16th day of October, 1930.
