ERRATUM.—In the Order in Council dated the 8th day
of September, 1930, directing sale of Railway land at
Mauriceville under the Public Works Act, 1928, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 64, of 11th September, 1930,
page 2753, for “Block I, Kopuaranga Survey District” read
“Block II, Kopuaranga Survey District.”
Districts constituted under the Marriage Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in me by the Marriage Act, 1908, I, Charles,
Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing marriage districts
known as the Ohaeawai and Kaikohe Districts, and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore comprised
within the said districts is hereby divided anew into two
marriage districts, the names and boundaries whereof shall
be as follows:—
OHAEAWAI DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, bounded
by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 1, Block XI, Kaeo Survey District; thence southeasterly along the Main North Road to the road forming
the north-eastern boundary of Section 17, Block XVI, Kaeo
Survey District; thence along that road to the Tarataturua Stream; thence along that stream to the eastern
boundary of Section 20, Block XVI, Kaeo Survey District;
thence along that boundary to the road intersecting Section 25,
said Block XVI; thence along that road to the Maungapurua Stream, and along that stream to the north-eastern
boundary of Section 2, Block XVI, Kaeo Survey District;
thence along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 2
to the north-western boundary of Section 1, Block IV, Omapere
Survey District; thence north-easterly and southerly along
the north-western, eastern, and southern boundaries of said
Section 1 to the eastern boundary of Section 3, Block IV
aforesaid; thence along that boundary to the road forming
the southern boundary of the said Section 3; thence easterly
along that road to its junction with the main road to Kaeo;
thence southerly along the main road to the Waitangi River;
thence along the Waitangi and Wairuhe Rivers and the Otao
and Ngatahana Streams to the western boundary of the
Kawakawa Parish; thence southerly generally along that
boundary to the north-western corner of Section 163, Kawakawa Parish; thence westerly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of the Tuwhakino Block; thence along the
north-western boundary of that block to the south-eastern
corner of Waiwhariki No. 2c Block; thence north-westerly
along the north-eastern boundary of Waiwhariki No. 2c and
2A Blocks to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned
block; thence along the road forming the northern boundary
of the last-mentioned block to the north-eastern boundary of
the Puketapu 1B Block; thence north-westerly along that
boundary to the south-eastern corner of Section 25s, Remuera
Settlement; thence along the southern and western boundaries
of Section 25s aforesaid to the Tarahi Road; thence across
that road and westerly along its northern side to the south-eastern corner of Section 20s, Remuera Settlement; thence
along the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 20s
and the southern boundary of Section 14s, Remuera Settlement, to the road (Pokapu) forming the western boundary of
the said Section 14s; thence northerly along that road to the
road forming the southern boundary of Section 3 on plan 8111,
deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at
Auckland; thence across that road and along the north-eastern boundary of the Omapere Parish to Kerekeri Road;
thence along a right line to the confluence of the Waipapa
River and the Mangapukahukahu Stream; thence up the
Waipapa River to the western boundary of Block XIV, Kaeo
Survey District; thence northerly along that boundary to
the southern boundary of the Pupuke Parish; thence north-easterly along that boundary and the south-eastern boundary
of the Matawherohia Parish to the southern boundary of
Section 1, Block X, Kaeo Survey District; thence along the
southern boundary of the said Section 1 to its south-eastern
corner; thence along the western boundary of Mokau No. 2B
to its northernmost corner; thence along the north-eastern
boundaries of Mokau Nos. 2B and 2A and the northern boundary of Mokau No. 1 to the Ketetawa Stream; thence up
the Ketetawa Stream and easterly along the northern boundary
of O.L.C. 28 to the western boundary of Section 2, Block XI,
Kaeo Survey District; thence along the western boundary of
Sections 2 and 1, Block XI aforesaid, to the northernmost
corner of the said Section 1, the point of commencement.
