Revocation of Appointment of Cemetery Trustees, Glenore Public Cemetery.—(H.C. 80.)
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a certain Warrant dated the twenty-third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the twenty-ninth day of the same month, at page 1800, appointing trustees for the Glenore Public Cemetery, as described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
GLENORE PUBLIC CEMETERY.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, and being part of Section 7, Block L, Tokomairiro District: Bounded towards the north-west by the other part of the said Section 7, 502 links; towards the north-east by a road-line, 798 links; towards the south-east by a road-line, 502 links; and towards the south-west by other part of the said Section 7, 798 links.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 29th day of September, 1930.

Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that William David Jesse Hay, being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, at Tokaanu, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

Appointment of Issuing Officer for the Purpose of issuing Licenses to Fish for Trout under the Taupo Trout-fishing Regulations, 1929.
PURSUANT to the provisions of Regulation 2 (2) of the Taupo Trout-fishing Regulations, 1929, I, Philip Aldborough de la Perrelle, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize
S. A. McNamara, Ranger, Tokaanu,
to be an issuing officer for the purpose of issuing licenses to fish for trout under the Taupo Trout-fishing Regulations, 1929.

PURSUANT to the provisions of Regulation 14 (2) of the Taupo Trout-fishing Regulations, 1929, I, Philip Aldborough de la Perrelle, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be a Permit Officer for the purpose of issuing permits for camping-sites.
