Land proclaimed as a Street in the Borough of New Plymouth.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 0·32 perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 5234, being part Section 1951, Town of New Plymouth.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79945, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of October, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Gravel-pit in Block VI, Spaxton Survey District, Ashburton County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a gravel-pit, and shall vest in the chairman, councillors, and inhabitants of the County of Ashburton, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 12 acres 0 roods 10 perches.
Being portion of Rural Sections 17231 and 30342.

Situated in Block VI, Spaxton Survey District. (S.O. 2164.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79867, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of October, 1930.
