Exemption of Bran and Pollard from Customs Duty.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section twelve of the Customs Amendment Act, 1921, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby suspend the existing Tariff (being the First Schedule to the Customs Amendment Act, 1927) in so far as it relates to bran and pollard, and in lieu thereof doth exempt bran and pollard from duty under the British Preferential Tariff and the General Tariff.
Nothing in this Order in Council shall be deemed to affect the provisions of the Customs Acts with respect to primage duty.
This Order in Council shall come into force on the date of the publication of the same in the New Zealand Gazette.
