evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate
of title and the outstanding copy of the said memorandum
of mortgage, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new
certificate of title and a provisional memorandum of mortgage
No. 171623 as requested, after fourteen days from the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.
