A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of BENJAMIN FREEBURY GARDINER, of Wellington, Herbalist, for 3 roods 34'1 perches, more or less, being Lot 3 on deposited plan No. 1676, and being part of Sections 8 and 9, Town District Township of Island Bay, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 149, folio 286, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and the Rating Act, 1925, the Golden Bay Electric-power Board hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £3,000, authorized to be raised by the Golden Bay Electric-power Board under the
