The Eastern and Northern Sides of Portions of Queen's Road,
in the City of Nelson, exempted from the Provisions of Section
128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of
September, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the thirty-
first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, the
portions of street affected by such resolution being more
particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-
"That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Nelson, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that portion of the eastern side of Queen's Road
fronting Lots 6 and 7 of Section 41, between the points
marked "A" and "B" on the plan attached to this
resolution."
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, fronting part Section 41.
Also the northern side of all that portion of street in the
said land district and city fronting part Section 41.
As the said portions of street are more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 79598, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Powderham Street, in the
Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of
Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condi-
tion as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of
September, 1930.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council
on the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty, viz.:-
"That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the
local authority having control of the street hereinafter
mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions
of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of
the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion
of the northern side of Powderham Street to which Sec-
tion 259, New Plymouth, has frontage";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern
side of the portion of Powderham Street (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet
from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known
as Powderham Street, fronting Section 259, Town of New
Plymouth. As the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 79789, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.

The South-western Side of Portion of Garrett Street, in the City
of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the fifth
day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, viz.:-
"The Wellington City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to that part of Garrett Street fronting the land
comprised in C.T. Vol. 121, folio 107, and being part of
Section 150, Town of Wellington";
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in
the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as
Garrett Street, fronting part Section 150, Town of Wellington.
As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 78896, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.

District of Warkworth, exempted from the Provisions of
Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

September, 1930.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Warkworth Town Board on the
fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty:-
"The Warkworth Town Board, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the Town District of
Warkworth, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of a street, known
as Queen Street, adjoining the whole of that portion of
Allotment 67 of the Parish of Mahurangi, being part of
the Warkworth Town District belonging to James Ogle
Thornton";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern
side of the portion of Queen Street (described in the Schedule
hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in
the North Auckland Land District, Town District of Wark-
worth, known as Queen Street, fronting part Allotment 67,
Parish of Mahurangi, Block VII, Mahurangi Survey Dis-
trict. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 79696, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.
