I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks I and III, Harataunga Survey District, Coromandel County.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, of the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Blocks I and III, Harataunga Survey District, Coromandel County, as affects the areas of 1 rood 13 perches and 1 rood 38 perches mentioned in the Second Schedule to the said Proclamation.
