A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land:—

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street in the Borough of Upper Hutt described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 2·31 perches. Adjoining or passing through part Lot 19, D.P. 1884, being part Section 121.

Situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District (Hutt R.D.), (Borough of Upper Hutt). (S.O. 2011.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78077, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
