In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of the reduction of the capital of THE AUTOMATIC FRANKING MACHINE COMPANY (N.Z.), LIMITED.

THE capital of the Automatic Franking Machine Company (N.Z.), Limited (and Reduced), henceforth is five thousand pounds (£5,000) divided into ten thousand (10,000) shares of ten shillings (10s.) each, instead of the original capital of ten thousand pounds (£10,000) divided into ten thousand (10,000) shares of one pound (£1) each.
