In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, and in the
matter of HERBERT VAUDREY, of Papamoa, near Te
Puke, in the Provincial District of Auckland, Share-
milker.
I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme
Court, Auckland, dated the 19th day of August, 1930, I
was appointed Receiver and Manager of the property of the
above-named HERBERT VAUDREY.
