Cancelling a Condition as to setting-back the Building-line of
Portion of Aranoni Street, in the City of Wellington, imposed
by Order in Council under Section 128 of the Public Works
Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of
August, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby amend the Order in Council dated the
fourteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
No. 69, of the seventeenth day of the same month, at page
2667, exempting the northern side of Aranoni Street, in the
City of Wellington, from the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to
a condition as to the building-line, by cancelling the condition
as to the building-line imposed by the said Order in Council
in so far as it affects part Lot 1, D.P. 9624, being part Sec-
tion 6, Town R.D., Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District:
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 79526, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Block XVI,
Opunake Township, Taranaki Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day
of August, 1930.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby cancel the reservation for the use of the Department
of Agriculture over the land described in the Schedule hereto ;
and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in
the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the
Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Govern-
ment road.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands
other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 18th day of
August, 1930.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-two of
the Native Land Act, 1909, it is provided that, for
the purpose of enabling any scheme of consolidation of the
interests of owners of Native land into suitable areas to be
prepared and carried into effect, the Governor-General may,
by Order in Council, prohibit for a period not exceeding
twelve months any alienation of Native land in respect of
which application has been made by a Native Minister to the
Court for the preparation of such a scheme:
And whereas it is provided by section eight of the Native
Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act,
1923, that any such Order in Council may be extended from
time to time:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend for a further
period of twelve months the Order in Council under the said
section one hundred and thirty-two dated the twenty-ninth
