In New Zealand Gazette, No. 57, of the 7th August, 1930, on page 2417, “Opening Lands in North Auckland Land District for Sale or Selection,” in caption to Schedule, for “Wellington Land District” read “North Auckland Land District.”

Land set apart as Portion of the National Endowment.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the national-endowment land described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 32 perches, more or less, being Allotments 152 and 153 of the Parish of Ruatangata, the said Allotment 152 containing 3 roods and the said Allotment 153 containing 32 perches. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 16/1629D, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 25269.)

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 766 acres 1 rood 2·6 perches, more or less, being portion of an area of 770 acres of national-endowment land in Block VI, Purua Survey District, set apart as such by section 258 of the Land Act, 1908.

Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 21·7 perches, more or less, being Allotment 149, Parish of Ruatangata, set apart as national endowment by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette of 29th August, 1929, page 2174.

As the same are delineated on plan marked L. and S. 16/1629E, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plans 23059 and Block VI, Purua Survey District).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of August, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
