IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Clive Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 71 acres. Adjoining or passing through Clive Suburban Sections 102-106, 302, and public road.
Situated in Blocks III and V, Clive Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1000, green.) In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79019, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.
