THE Norwich and London Accident Insurance Association is merging with and transferring its business to the Norwich Union Fire Insurance Society, Limited, and therefore gives notice under Part 9 of the above Act that it will voluntarily cease to carry on business in New Zealand as soon after the expiration of four months from the date hereof as the said merger shall be completed and its existing policies, business, and contracts satisfied.
