I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
roads described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 3 roods 5 perches.
Portion of Sections 26 and 27, Block XIII, Oamaru Survey
District; coloured red.
