matter of JOHN MOSELEY, late of Blenheim, Butcher
(deceased).
I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme
Court, dated the 11th day of July, 1930, I was appointed
Administrator of the estate of the above-named JOHN
MOSELEY, and I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held
at my office on Tuesday, the 22nd day of July, 1930, at
10.30 o’clock a.m.
All claims against the above estate must be lodged with
me on or before the 11th September, 1930.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of mortgage
No. 150250 of Lot 3 on deposited plan No. 15967, being
part of Allotment 78 of the Parish of Te Rapa, and the whole
of the land in Vol. 360, folio 2 (Auckland Registry), from
JOSEPH GEORGE McKINLEY, of Hamilton, Farmer
(mortgagor), to HARRIET NORA ANNIE GRIFFITHS,
Wife of EUSTATIUS GRIFFITHS, of New Plymouth, Merchant
(mortgagee), having been lodged with me, together with an
application to register an instrument affecting the said
memorandum of mortgage, notice is hereby given of my
intention to register such instrument without requiring pro-
duction of the said memorandum of mortgage upon the
expiration of fourteen days from the 17th day of July, 1930.
Dated at the Land Registry Office at Auckland, this 11th
day of July, 1930.

A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a new certificate of title in the name of ROBERT
HAY, of Dunedin, Retired Civil Engineer, for 87 acres 2 roods
37·5 poles, more or less, being part of County Section 50,
Block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri District, being the whole
of the land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Vol. 67, folio 176, Otago Registry, and evidence having been
lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give
notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate of
title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.
