SCHEDULE.
WAIMARINO ACCLIMATIZATION DISTRICT.
All that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by
a line commencing at the confluence of the Ongaruhe and
Wanganui Rivers at Taumarunui, and proceeding thence up
the middle of the Wanganui River to its intersection with a
right line lying between trig. station on Tongariro and a
point on the west shore of Lake Taupo at the mouth of the
Waihi Stream; thence south-westerly along that line to said
trig. station on Tongariro ; thence southerly along a right line
to Trig. Station D on Ngauruhoe; thence south-westerly along a
right line to Trig. Station H on Paretetaitonga; thence south-
easterly along a right line to trig. station on Ruapehu; thence
south-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station No. 28 on
Manukaiapu ; thence south-westerly along right lines through
Trig. Station 24 on Te Rotete, C on Auashitotara, and A on
Totem to the junction of the Waiouru-Tokaanu Road with
the Waiouru-Moawhango Road; thence south-easterly along
the middle of the last-mentioned road to a point in line with
the northern boundary of Raketapauma No. 11 Block; thence
to and along said northern boundary in a north-westerly
direction, and along the northern boundaries of Raketapaumu
Nos. 1G, 1A, and 3A Blocks, and along the production of the
last named to the middle of the Turakina River; thence down
the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern
boundary of Section 4, Block II, Maungakaretu Survey Dis-
trict; thence to and along said northern boundary and the
northern boundaries of Sections 3, 2, and 1, in Block II afore-
mentioned, and along the northern boundaries of Sections 4,
3, and 2, across a road, and along the northern and north-
western boundaries of Section 1, all in Block I, Maungakaretu
Survey District, to the Owhakura Road; thence to and along
the middle of that road in a westerly direction to the confiu-
ence of the Waipapa and Maketu Streams; thence along the
northern boundaries of Sections 8 and 1, Block IV, Ngamatea
Survey District, and along the north boundary of said Section 1
produced to the middle of the Whangaehu River; thence
down the middle of that river and up the middle of the stream
forming the north-eastern boundary of Ohotu 6A No. 1 Block
to Field's Track crossing; thence to and along the middle of
said Field's Track in a general south-westerly direction to the
middle of the Rangitataua Stream; thence down the middle
of said stream to its confluence with the Mangawhero River;
thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the
south-western boundary of Ohotu No. 9 Block; thence to
and along the said south-western boundary and along the
southern boundary of Section 1, Block IX, Ngamatea Survey
District, the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of
Section 1, Block XII, Tauakira Survey District, and the
south-eastern boundaries of Sections 3 and 9, Block XI, to
the Paparoa Stream; thence down the middle of that stream
to its confluence with the Wanganui River; thence up the
middle of that river to its confluence with the Ongaruhe River,
being the place of commencement.

General, this 3rd day of July, 1930.

Deer to cease to be Imported Game in Wanganui Acclimatization
District.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by the Animals
Protection and Game Act, 1921-22 (hereinafter referred
to as the said Act), I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
that on and from the date hereof deer shall cease to be included
in the Second Schedule of the said Act with respect to the
Wanganui Acclimatization District described in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WANGANUI ACCLIMATIZATION DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Wellington and Taranaki Land Districts
bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Waitotara
River and proceeding thence up the middle of that river and
of the Mangaore Stream, to and along the southern boundary
of Section 16, Block V, Nukumaru Survey District; along
the eastern boundary of that section to the Manganone Stream,
up that stream, and along the eastern boundary of Lot 4
(deposited plan 659) and the western boundaries of Lots
17 and 14 (deposited plan 918) to Orangihongi Trig. Station;
then easterly to Pakira Trig. Station; along the southern
and western boundaries of Manganui-o-Tahu Block, and up
the Manganui-o-Tahu Stream to and along the western
boundaries of Lots 3 and 1, Mangapapa No. 1B Block, along
the southern boundary of Mangapapa lc Block to Watershed
Road; thence along Watershed Road, Pokeka Road, and
the summit of the range passing through Mangarau Waitu,
Ratauwhiri, Taungatahi, Manaianahi, Kotikiekie, to Te
Mapou Trig. Station; thence along the Whakaihuwaka Road,
and the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block III,
Taurakawa Survey District, to Whakaihuwhaka Trig. Station
(Mount Humphries); thence along a right line to the con-
fluence of the Tangarakau and Wanganui Rivers; thence
down the middle of the Wanganui River and up the middle
of the Paparoa Stream; along the south-eastern boundaries
of Sections 9 and 3, Block XI, Tauakira Survey District,
the northern boundaries of Section 1, Block XII, Tauakira
Survey District, the southern boundary of Section 1, Block
IX, Ngamatea Survey District, the south-western boundary
of Ohotu No. 9 Block, and its production to the Mangawhero
River; down the middle of that river and up the middle of
Rangitatau Stream to Field's Track; thence generally north-
easterly along that track to the stream forming the north-
eastern boundary of Ohotu 6A 1 Block; down the middle
of that stream and up the middle of the Wangaehu River
to the point in line with the northern boundary of Section 1,
Block IV, Ngamatea Survey District; thence to and along
that boundary and the northern boundary of Section 8 to
the Owhakura Road; easterly along that road, and along the
northern boundaries generally of Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4,
Block I, Maungakaretu Survey District, Sections 1, 2, 3,
and 4, Block II, and the production of the last-named boundary
to the middle of the Turakina River; up that river, and
along the northern boundaries of Raketapauma Nos. 3A
2, 1A 1, 1A 2, 1G, 1I 2 Blocks, to the Waiouru-Moawhango
Road; north-easterly along the middle of that road to its
junction with the Waiouru-Tokaanu Road; thence along
a right line to Auahitotara Trig. Station; thence southerly
along a right line to Trig. Station 16 and a right line to Trig.
Station 32; thence westerly along a right line to the junction
of the Panemango and the Tomakomako Streams; thence up
the middle of the Panemango Stream to and along the southern
boundaries generally of Ruanui No. 2B 3, 2B 4, 2B 5, 2B 6, 2B 7
Blocks and the south-western boundary of Section 1, Block X,
Maungakaretu Survey District, to the middle of the Turakina
River; thence along a right line to the Maungakaretu Trig.
Station on the summit of the eastern watershed of the Wa-
gaehu River; thence in a south-westerly direction generally
along the summit of that watershed, to and along a right
line which runs in a north-westerly direction through Trig.
Station on Okaipe (Block XIV, Mangawhero Survey District)
to a point in the middle of the Wangaehu River due west
about eighteen chains from the western boundary of Block
XIV, Mangawhero Survey District; thence down the middle
of the said river to the sea; thence in a north-westerly
direction along the sea-coast to the point of commencement.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 3rd day of July, 1930.

Deer to cease to be Imported Game in Westland Acclimatization
District.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by a Warrant dated the eighth day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-
three, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 80, of the
same month, made under the Animals Protection and Game
Act, 1921-22 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), deer
were declared to cease to be included in the Second Schedule
of the said Act with respect to portions of certain acclimatiza-
tion districts:
And whereas it is considered desirable to extend the pro-
visions of the said Warrant in manner hereinafter appearing:
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the powers vested in me
by the said Act, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that on
and from the date hereof deer shall cease to be included in
the Second Schedule of the said Act with respect to the West-
land Acclimatization District, described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND ACCLIMATIZATION DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District bounded on the
north by the middle of the Taramakau River to the Hurunui
Saddle in the Southern Alps; thence towards the south-west
by a line along the summit of the said Southern Alps to
Mount Aspiring; thence by a right line to the mouth of the
Awarua River in Big Bay; thence north-easterly along the
sea-coast to the mouth of the Taramakau River, the point of
commencement.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 3rd day of July, 1930.
