A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

Being portion of Mourea Papakainga No. 2.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour purposes, and shall vest in the Timaru Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a sanitary pumping station site, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Thames as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the fourth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 91, of the seventh day of the said month, declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, in so far as it affects the area, comprising 2 roods 11:25 perches, adjoining or passing through Section 22, Block III, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1930.
