IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and Motor-lorry Regulations, 1927, and their amendments, I, William Burgoyne Taverner, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Waikato County Council’s proposed classification of roads as shown in the Schedule hereto.
