NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the factory of the company at Wainui, on Friday, the 13th day of June, 1930, the following special resolution was duly passed:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purposes of such winding-up.”
