EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 426, folio 203 (Auckland Registry) for Lot 7 on deposited plan No. 16354, being portion of Allotment 6 of the Parish of Waiheke in favour of ALAN FRANCIS LUND, of Auckland, Salesman, having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 19th day of June, 1930.
