Land proclaimed as a Street, and Street closed, in the City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Auckland described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 1 0·9 Allotments 213 and 214, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured red.
0 0 17·5 Crown land; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
STREET CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 2·2 perches. Adjoining or passing through Allotment 213, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured green.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (City of Auckland). (S.O. 25335.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78606, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of June, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tapapa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 3 roods 12·5 perches.
Being portion of part Mangawhara No. 2; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods 32·3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Mangawhara No. 2; coloured green.
All situated in Block XIII, Tapapa Survey District. (S.O. 23836.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 78626, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of June, 1930.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rangiora Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
