ERRATA.—In Proclamation published in Gazette, No. 43, of the 5th June, 1930, page 1875, setting apart land as permanent State forests, read “Part of State Forest No. 2” for “Part of State Forest No. 1.”

In Gazette No. 40, of 29th May, 1930, Approval of Fees for Licensing of Vehicles fixed by By-law, Mangonui County Council, for “Motor-vehicles” in heading read “Vehicles.”

Declaring a certain Area added to the County of Waimarino to be included in Ohakune Riding thereof.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of the same month, the boundaries of the Borough of Ohakune were altered by the exclusion of a certain area from that borough, and the inclusion of such area in the County of Waimarino:

And whereas it is desirable that the area so added to the County of Waimarino should be included in the Ohakune Riding of that county:

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section twenty-one of the Counties Act, 1920, do hereby declare that the area included as aforesaid in the County of Waimarino shall be included in the Ohakune Riding of the said county, and that the boundaries of that riding shall be those set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

OHAKUNE RIDING, WAIMARINO COUNTY.

COMMENCING at a point where the eastern boundary of the Parapara Riding, as gazetted 3rd December, 1925, joins the south-eastern corner of the Borough of Raetihi; thence north and generally north-east by the boundaries of the Borough of Raetihi and the southern boundary of the Manganui Riding, as hereinbefore described, to Trig. E in Block XI, Ruapehu Survey District; thence generally south-east by a line passing through Trigs. D and I to the north-western boundary of subdivision Rangiwaee 4F 19, Block XVI, Rua-

pehu Survey District; thence south-west by the north-western boundaries of Rangiwaee 4F 19, Rangiwaee 4F 15, Rangiwaee 4F 17A, Rangiwaee 4F 1 to the southern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway line; thence south-east by the said North Island Main Trunk Railway line to the south-eastern boundary of Rangiwaee 4F 7; thence south-west by the south-eastern boundary of Rangiwaee 4F 7 to the south side of the Ohakune–Waiouru Road; thence south-east by the Ohakune–Waiouru Road to the south-eastern boundary of Rangiwaee 4F 16 No. 2A; thence south-west and north-west by the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Rangiwaee 4F 16 No. 2A to the Mangaehuehu Stream; thence generally south by the Mangaehuehu Stream to the northern boundary of Section 6, Block IX, Karioi Survey District; thence west by the north boundaries of Sections 6, 3, 2, 1, Block IX, Karioi Survey District, to the western boundary of Section 4, Block XII, Makotuku Survey District; thence south by the west boundary of Section 4, Block XII, Makotuku Survey District, to the Oruakukuru–Karioi Road; thence west by the Oruakukuru–Karioi Road to the eastern boundary of the Parapara Riding; thence generally north to the eastern boundary of the Parapara Riding as aforesaid to the point of commencement.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of June, 1930.
