ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of May, 1930.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the Second Schedule to the said Act by including therein the plants mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall come into force on the date of the publication thereof in the Gazette.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of May, 1930.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

O N the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

O N the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of two years the Order in Council dated the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and gazetted the sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, prohibiting all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
