Notice to Mariners No. 18 of 1930.

SOUTH PACIFIC OCEAN.
Breakers reported.
Position: Lat. 34° 31' S., long. 156° 29' W. (approx.).
Details: The Master of the s.s. “Port Sydney,” en route
to New Zealand from Panama, reports having distinctly seen
breakers covering an area of between 50 ft. and 80 ft., in the
above position on the evening of 27th April, 1930. A heavy
S.S.W. swell existed, and the evening was dark but clear.

Member of House of Representatives elected, Parnell Electoral
District.

THE Clerk of the Writs has received a return to the writ
issued on the 11th day of April, 1930, for the election
of a member of Parliament to serve in the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Parnell, and by the
endorsement on such writ it appears that

has been duly elected to serve as a member for the said
district.
