Altering Constitution of the Transport Appeal Board for No. 3 Motor-omnibus District.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section sixteen of the Motor-omnibus Traffic Act, 1926, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the appointment, made under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, of Hon. Justice Francis Vernon Frazer, as Chairman of the Transport Appeal Board of No. 3 Motor-omnibus District, and do hereby appoint
Philip Hamilton Harper,
Stipendiary Magistrate, Gisborne, as Chairman and one representative of the Government on the said Board.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 16th day of April, 1930.
