BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and fifty-nine of the Land Act, 1924, and section seventy-one of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the North Auckland, Auckland, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Wellington, Otago, and Southland Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.

Declaring Land in North Auckland Land District to be subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section one hundred and five of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, and shall hereafter form part of the Parahi Settlement.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement 114 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Allotment 81, Omaru Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 19472A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 2513.)
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 17th day of April, 1930.

White Swan absolutely protected.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, as on and from the date hereof, the bird known as the white swan (Cygnus olor) shall be deemed to be included in the First Schedule of the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 9th day of April, 1930.

Stewart Island Shag and Bronze Shag absolutely protected.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, as on and from the date hereof, the birds known as the Stewart Island shag (Phalacrocorax Stewarti, Phalacrocorax Huttoni) and the bronze shag (Phalacrocorax Chalconotus) shall be deemed to be included in the First Schedule of the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 9th day of April, 1930.
