a notice of re-entry by ALFRED SEYMOUR
BANKART, Merchant, JAMES HALL, Settler, JAMES
HENRY GUNSON, Gentleman, and ALBERT ERNEST
BOLLARD, Company Secretary, all of Auckland, as lessors
under Lease No. 13215 of Lot 33 on deposited plan No. 16118,
being portion of Allotment 10, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland,
and being part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 371,
folio 39 (Auckland Registry), whereof EFFIE McINTOSH
REVELL, of Auckland, Married Woman, is the registered
lessee, I hereby give notice of my intention to register such
notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one month from the
17th day of April, 1930, unless good cause to the contrary be
shown.

  1. That the liability of the members is limited.
  2. That the capital of the company is £100,000, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
  3. That the number of shares issued is 20,000.

  10. That the first annual license was issued on the 10th day of March, 1911.
    And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
