P URSUANT to the Companies Act, 1908, notice is hereby given that the situation and locality of the office or place of business of Fox Movietone, Limited (a company incorporated in Sydney, New South Wales), in situate in the premises of Fox Film Corporation (Australasia), Limited, at O'Neill's Building, 55 Courtenay Place, in the City of Wellington.

NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1928.
N OTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school the following land, namely:- All that piece of land, containing four (4) acres, more or less, being part of Rangitoto-Tuhua 68g 2D 2B Block, situate in Block V, Mapara Survey District.
A plan of the said land is deposited at the post-office at Kopaki, and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours. All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Wellesley Street, Auckland.

Special Order.
T HE Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board doth hereby, by special order, in terms of sections 62 and 70 (g) of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act, 1908, determine to borrow a sum not exceeding eighty-two thousand pounds sterling (£82,000) for the purpose of repaying the loan raised by the Board and known as “Loan No. 1.”

Suburban Drainage Board convened by requisition of the Chairman, dated the 20th day of February, 1930, and held on the 26th day of February, 1930. It was publicly notified in the New Zealand Herald on the Ist and 15th days of March, 1930, and the Auckland Star on the 8th and 22nd days of March, 1930. It was confirmed at a special meeting of the Board convened by resolution of the Board on the 26th day of February, 1930, and held on the 27th day of March, 1930.
