(3) Be in any manner wound up or dissolved;
(4) Fail to pay the sums specified in clause 3 of these
conditions ;
then, and in any of the said cases, this Order in Council, and
every right, power, or privilege, may be revoked and deter-
mined by the Governor-General in Council without any notice
to the company, or other proceedings whatsoever; and
publication in the New Zealand Gazette of an Order in Council
containing such revocation shall be sufficient notice to the
company, and to all persons concerned or interested, that
this Order in Council, and the license, rights, and privileges
thereby granted and conferred, have been revoked and
determined.
14. In the event of this Order in Council being revoked for
any reason whatsoever, or upon the expiry of the period for
which the license is granted, the company shall, if required
by the Minister so to do, remove the said wharf entirely from
the site, and restore the site to its original condition within
three months from the date of the revocation or expiry, as
the case may be; and if the company fails to do so the
Minister may cause the said wharf to be removed and the
site so restored, and may recover the costs incurred by the
said removal and restoration from the company.

Order in Council validating the Proceedings in connection
with certain Loans of the Featherston County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of
April, 1930.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the Featherston County Council lately pro-
ceeded by way of special order under section seven-
teen of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926 (hereinafter called
"the said Act."), to raise the loans set out in the Schedule
hereto:
And whereas the resolutions to raise the said loans were
passed at a special meeting of the said Council as required
by paragraph (a) of subsection one of section ninety-nine of
the Counties Act, 1920:
And whereas the proceedings in connection with the said
loans were irregular or defective in that public notice of the
time and place fixed for the subsequent meeting and of the
said resolutions, though given once in each of four successive
weeks, was not given once in each of the four weeks imme-
diately preceding the day on which the subsequent meeting
was held, as required by paragraph (c) of the said section
ninety-nine:
And whereas it appears that the ratepayers of the district
have not been misled by such irregularities or defects as
aforesaid, and it is expedient to validate the same:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers and authorities conferred on him by section one
hundred and twenty-two of the said Act, and by section
two hundred and sixteen of the Counties Act, 1920, and of
all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf,
and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order
and declare that the proceedings in connection with the
loans set out in the said Schedule shall be valid to all intents
and purposes as though public notice of the time and place
fixed for the subsequent meeting and of the said resolutions
had been given once in each of the four weeks immediately
preceding the day on which the subsequent meeting was held,
and that the validity of the proceedings in connection with
the said loans or the validity of the security for the said
loans shall not be called in question by reason only of the
irregularities or defects aforesaid.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit,
for the period of one year from the date of this Order in
Council, all alienations of the Native land specified in the
Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.
