The licensee shall rectify to the satisfaction of the Minister of Telegraphs or the Minister of Railways any interference or disturbance caused by the erection or operation of the licensee’s system that affects the satisfactory working of the telegraph-lines which are the property of the Telegraph or Railway Departments and which were erected prior to the licensee’s lines.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the regulations incorporated herein, no extensions or lines other than those along the routes hereinbefore described shall be deemed to be authorized by this license.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Creswick Terrace, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of January, 1930.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the fifth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz.:
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the eastern side of Creswick Terrace fronting Lots 32 and 33 on Deeds Plan 108”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Creswick Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Creswick Terrace, fronting Lots 32 and 33, Deeds Plan 108, being part Section 32, Karori District, Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77364, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, viz.:
“That the Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of street known as Vulcan Lane adjoining part Allotment 42, Section 4, City of Auckland ”; such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Vulcan Lane, fronting part Allotment 42 of Section 4, City of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75447, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Regulations under the Rural Intermediate Credit Act, 1927.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the Rural Intermediate Credit Act, 1927, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the regulations set forth hereunder; and with the like advice and consent doth prescribe that this Order shall come into force as from the date of publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
REGULATIONS.

For the purpose of these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, “regulations” means the Rural Intermediate Credit Regulations made on the 21st day of December, 1927, and published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette dated the 22nd day of December, 1927, as amended by the regulations made on the 17th day of September, 1928, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 20th day of September, 1928.

Paragraph 46 of the regulations is hereby amended by deleting the figures “£1,000” at the end of subparagraph 5 and substituting the figures “£2,000” therefor.

The Fourth Schedule to the regulations is hereby deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
