DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, trading under the firm name of “Alfred A. and H. B. Newman,” as Representatives of Publishers and Manufacturers Merchants and Fine Art Dealers, has, on and from the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, been dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. H. B. Newman will pay and discharge all the liabilities of the firm and will continue to trade under the same name as heretofore.

IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company will be held at the office of the Liquidator, 166 Featherston Street, in the City of Wellington, on Friday, the 31st day of January, 1930, at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and to hear any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator, and for determining in what manner the books, accounts, and documents of the company shall be disposed of.
