A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Burnett Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 3 roods 19 perches.
Being portion of Section 3; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres 0 roods 32 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 3; coloured green.
All situated in Block XII, Burnett Survey District. (S.O. 685r.)
All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74878, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of February, 1930.

All situated in Block V, Ohura Survey District.
All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77196, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Declaring Part of Tukituki River-bed to be a Sanctuary under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, Hawke’s Bay Acclimatization District.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be a sanctuary for the purposes of the said Act, and that no imported game or native game shall be taken or killed within the said area, except pursuant to an authority granted under section thirty-one or section thirty-two of the said Act; nor shall any person, except under such conditions as may from time to time be prescribed by the Minister, take any dog or firearm into such area, or discharge any firearm or explosive in such area, or do anything likely to cause any imported game or native game to leave such area.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, being the bed of the Tukituki River, extending from the Waimarama Bridge to a line running from the north of the Mangangara Stream to the road at the south-western corner of Sections 9 and 15 in the Te Mata Survey District.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this 28th day of February, 1930.

Altering the Boundaries of a Sanctuary under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, Taranaki Acclimatization District.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke that part of the Warrant published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, declaring certain areas to be sanctuaries for native and imported game in so far as it relates to the area described in the Schedule to the said Warrant under the subheading Taranaki Acclimatization District, and being the area described in the First Schedule hereto, and do hereby declare that the area described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be a sanctuary for the purposes of the said Act, and that no imported game or native game shall be taken or killed within the said area except pursuant to an authority granted under section thirty-one or section thirty-two of the said Act; nor shall any person except under such conditions as may from time to time be prescribed by the Minister, take any dog or firearm into such area, or discharge any firearm or explosive in such area, or do anything likely to cause any imported game and native game to leave such area.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded towards the north generally by Section 10, Tataraimaka District, the Timaru Stream, Sections 87, 38, 39, and 40, Oakura District; towards the east generally by Sections 13 and 15, Ahuahu Township, Egmont National Park, Sections 95, 98, 99, and 100, Oakura District, again by the Egmont National Park and Sections 128 and 127, Oakura District; towards the south generally by the Pitone Road, Section 121, again by the Pitone Road, Sections 104, 115, 120, and 118, Oakura District; and towards the west generally by the Katikara Stream, Section 17, and part Section 12, Tataraimaka District, the Pitone Road, and a road fronting and intersecting Section 13 and fronting Section 1, part Section 19, and part Section 21 to the north-western corner of Section 18.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded on the north generally by Section 10, Tataraimaka District, the Timaru Stream, and Sections 87 and 38, Oakura District; on the north-east generally by Weld Road and Section 100, Oakura District; on the south-east generally by Egmont National Park and Sections 128 and 127, Oakura District; on the south generally by Pitone Road, Section 121, again by
