LIST OF PERSONS EMPLOYED IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE, 1929.
PUBLISHED IN TERMS OF SECTION 28 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT, 1912.
As a matter of convenience this list shows, in addition to the requirements of section 28 of the Act, the salary for the year ending 31st March, 1930.
Incorporated with this list is a regrading of officers as provided by section 17 of the Public Service Act, 1912.
Any officer who wishes to appeal against the determination of the Commissioner made pursuant to section 17 of the Public Service Act, 1912, fixing the maximum salary payable in respect of any position in the Professional or Clerical Division, or relating to the grading of any officer of any other division, may forward to the Commissioner a notice of appeal and of the grounds of such appeal within twenty-one days after such determination has been notified to the officer concerned.
Any notice of appeal which may be submitted towards the end of the period of twenty-one days referred to must be accompanied by evidence showing the date the officer viewed the notification of the determination appealed against.
