ERRATA.—In an Order in Council dated 17th December, 1929, directing the use of new Tables of Rates under the Government Life Insurance Act, 1908, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 85, of the 19th December, 1929, in Table B.VI for Premium-ceasing Age “80” read “60.”
In the Proclamation dated the 5th day of February, 1930, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 11, of the 13th day of the same month, at page 401, taking land for drainage purposes in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, read “Public Works Act, 1928,” in lieu of “Public Works Act, 1908.”

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land :
And whereas the fee-simple of the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment land.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 28·2 perches, more or less, being portion of an area of 770 acres of national-endowment land in Block VI, Purua Survey District, set apart by section 258 of the Land Act, 1908. Bounded, commencing at the easternmost corner of Allotment 150, Parish of Ruatangata, towards the west generally by the said Allotment 150, 63·4 links and 368·1 links; and towards the east generally by a public road 271·3 links and 163·8 links, to the point of commencement: Be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less. As the same is delineated in plan marked L. and S. 16/1629, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland Plan No. 23059.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of February, 1930.
