Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks VIII and IX,
Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Go-
vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
5 3 13 Allotment 9, Blocks VIII and IX; coloured
red.
1 3 27·7 Allotment 6, Block VIII; coloured blue.
Situated in Tauranga Survey District (Te Puna Parish).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77195,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of
December, 1929.

this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road;
and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the eighteenth day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the twenty-third day of January, one thousand

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street,
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the
Borough of Devonport as from the date hereinafter men-
tioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the twenty-first day of January, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 0 roods
20·8 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 1, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna.
Situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District (Auck-

Revoking Part of a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of
a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt
Valley Duplication).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke
so much of the Proclamation dated the tenth day of December,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 81, of the eleventh day of the
same month, defining the middle-line of a portion of the
Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication)
in so far as it affects Lots 20 to 30, D.P. 8963, Hutt R.D.,
Block IX, Belmont Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of
January, 1930.
