NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named FLORA MAUD CHALMERS HYMAN and RICHARD HYMAN were, on the 18th of January, 1929, adjudicated bankrupt at Sydney, in the State of New South Wales, and that by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand bearing date the 21st of June, 1929, the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy at Christchurch was ordered to conduct all inquiries and do all such further acts, and take such further proceedings, as the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy would take pursuant to the duty imposed upon him by the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, and its amendments (New Zealand), as if the above-named Flora Maud Chalmers Hyman and Richard Hyman had been adjudicated bankrupt in New Zealand: Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that all persons having any claims against either of the aforesaid bankrupts should file such claims with me forthwith.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title, Vol. 53, folio 127, for Lot 45 on deposit plan 277, part of Rural Section 4310, situated in the District of Waitangi, whereof LARRY CARRICK, of Waimate, Labourer, is the registered proprietor, and evidence having been furnished of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
