The Southern Side of Portion of Gaine Street and the Western Side of Portion of Cutfield Road, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of December, 1929.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz:—
“That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply—
“(a) To that portion of the western side of Cutfield Road to which Part A, Town Belt, New Plymouth, has frontage, nor
“(b) To that portion of the southern side of Gaine Street to which Part A, Town Belt, New Plymouth, has frontage ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Gaine Street or fronting the western side of the portion of Cutfield Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Gaine Street, fronting Part A, Town Belt.
Also the western side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and borough known as Cutfield Road, fronting Part A, Town Belt.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77146, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portions of Queen Street, in the Borough of Otahuhu, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Otahuhu Borough Council on the twenty-fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, the portions of street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz:—
“That the Otahuhu Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Otahuhu, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the eastern side of Queen Street fronting Lots 30, 31, and 35 of the subdivision of part of Fairburn’s Old Land Claim 269A, being the sections edged green on the plan submitted ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portions of Queen Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Otahuhu, known as Queen Street, abutting on Lots 30 and 31 of part of Fairburn’s Old Land Claim 269A.
Also the eastern side of all that portion of the said street fronting Lot 35 of part of Fairburn’s Old Land Claim 269A.
As the said portions of street are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77018, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Blacks Road, and the North-western Side of Portion of Warden Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz:—
“That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets in the City of Dunedin, viz.:—
“(a) Portion of the south-western side of Blacks Road, where it abuts on Lot 47, Block I, Township of Opoho; and
“(b) Portion of the north-western side of Warden Street, where it abuts on Lots 46 and 47, Block I, Township of Opoho;
as the said portions of streets are more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto, and are thereon coloured brown and edged with red to their centre-lines ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Blacks Road or the north-western side of the portion of Warden Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets, with the exception that on Lot 3 (shown on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto) no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the portion of Blacks Road.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Blacks Road, fronting Lot 47, Block I, Township of Opoho.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city known as Warden Street, fronting Lots 46 and 47, Block I, Township of Opoho:
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76609, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown and edged red.
