The South-eastern Side of Portion of Cargill Road, in the City
of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day
december, 1929.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-second
day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine,
viz:—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one
hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928,
shall not apply to portion of the south-eastern side of
Cargill Road where it abuts on Lots 9 and 10, Block III,
Township of Forbury, as the said portion of street is shown
on the plan annexed hereto, and is thereon coloured blue
to the centre-line thereof”;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
The south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated
in the Otago Land District, City of. Dunedin, known as
Cargill Road, fronting Lots 9 and 10, Block III, Township
of Forbury. As the said portion of street is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 75679, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured blue.

The Southern Side of Portion of Powderham Street, in the
Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of
Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of
december, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the twenty-
first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-
nine, the portion of street affected by such resolution being
more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz. :—
“ That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the
local authority having control of the street hereinafter
mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions
of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one,
of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion
of the southern side of Powderham Street to which Sections
291 and 292, New Plymouth, have frontages ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern
side of the portion of Powderham Street (described in the
Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
The southern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known
as Powderham Street, fronting Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, of a sub-
division of Sections 291 and 292, Town of New Plymouth.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 77013, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A Public Road in the County of Patea exempted from the Pro-
visions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject
to a Condition as to the Building-line.

december, 1929.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Patea County Council on the eighth day of
October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz.—
“ That the road running off the Waiau Road through
Sections 11, 12, and 13, and part Section 3, Block XI,
Wairoa Survey District, and giving access to Section 10,
Block XI, Wairoa Survey District, and which road is of a
less width than sixty-six feet, be exempt from the pro-
visions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928 :”
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the road
described in the Schedule hereto within a distance of thirty-
three feet from the centre-line of the said road.

SCHEDULE.
All that road situated in the Wellington Land District, Patea
County, fronting Sections 11, 12, 13, and part Section 3,
Okotuku R.D., Block XI, Wairoa Survey District. As the
said road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 77152, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a condition as to the
Building-line.

enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Dunedin City Council on the sixth day of November, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight
of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the
south-eastern side of Henry Street, in the said City of Dunedin,
where such portion of street abuts on part of Allotment 31, Township
of Williamstown, as the said portion of street is more particularly
shown on the plan annexed hereto, and is thereon coloured brown
and edged with red to its centre-line ” :
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the
portion of Henry Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a
distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion
of street.
SCHEDULE.
The southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the
Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Henry Street,
fronting part Allotment 31, Township of Williamstown. As the
said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 77155, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
