Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of December, 1929.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Huntly Athletic Park Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or less, being Lot 85 on plan No. 4860, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and parts Allotments 1 and 50, Taupiri Parish, situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District; bounded towards the north by part Allotment 1 and part Allotment 50, Taupiri Parish, 467·5 links; towards the east generally by Hakanoa Lake and Crown land, 1634·0 links; towards the south by part Allotment 51, Taupiri Parish, 28·3 links; towards the west by Lot 1 on plan No. 14855, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar, at Auckland, 200·5 links; again towards the south by Lot 1 on plan 14855 aforesaid, 571·43 links; again towards the west by part Allotment 1, Taupiri Parish, 239·4 links; again towards the south by part Allotment 1, Taupiri Parish, and Lot 84 on plan No. 4860, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, 517·5 and 177·68 links; again towards the west by Hakanoa Street, 100·0 links; towards the north by Lot 86 on the plan 4860 aforesaid, and part Allotment 1, Taupiri Parish, 175·0 and 520·0 links; and again towards the west by part Allotment 1, Taupiri Parish, 1690·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/667A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Revoking the Vesting in the Taupo Public Library Trust Board (Incorporated) of Section 11, Block XIV, Town of Taupo, Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of December, 1929.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Taupo Public Library Trust Board (Incorporated), in trust, for a site for a mechanics’ institute and library, by an Order in Council dated the sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in Gazette of the twenty-second day of that month, in pursuance of section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881, but a certificate of title has not been issued in respect of the said reserve :
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked, and the Taupo Public Library Trust Board (Incorporated) has duly consented to such revocation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of December, 1929.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for a gravel reserve: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Springs :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Springs, in trust, for a gravel reserve.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 20 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 4197 (formerly part of Rural Section No. 18261), situated in Block VI, Leeston Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by other part of Rural Section No. 18261, 98·5 and 1673·7 links; towards the south-east by Selwyn Road, 2295·8 links; and again towards the north-west by Selwyn and Coal Tramway Road, 3048·5 links: As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/5/155A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
